STA is a Ukrainian manufacturer of brass shut-off valves, fittings, and pipeline components.
Founded in 2002 in Kharkiv, STA specializes in the production of brass valves and fittings using hot forging — a technology unique to Ukraine that enables the creation of seamless elbows, ball valves, underfloor heating manifold systems, threaded gate valves, and other high-quality components. The production cycle includes a full range of equipment — from casting to pressing and machining — along with an in-house design and engineering department. This allows for serial production based on your drawings, contract manufacturing, or full private label launches. STA manufactures valves from high-grade non-ferrous and ferrous metals, ensuring durability, reliability, and compliance with technical requirements for water supply, heating, and industrial piping systems.
The hot forging technology based on induction heating allows STA to produce durable seamless elbows, and since 2006 — spherical plugs and threaded blanks. Starting in 2012, the product range expanded to include air release valves (Mayevsky valves), check valves, and fittings. Ball valves were added to the production line in 2014. For certain products, due to environmental regulations or cost efficiency, manufacturing is outsourced abroad; however, the core production remains at the Kharkiv-based plant, ensuring quality control and fast delivery. STA is a reliable partner for projects requiring custom technical solutions and contract manufacturing.
The STA product range includes seamless elbows, ball valves, check valves, threaded gate valves, underfloor heating manifold systems, air release (Mayevsky) valves, and threaded fittings. Custom solutions based on individual drawings are also available.
Sequoia 2000 offers wholesale access to STA products — including brass ball valves, fittings, check valves, and components. We provide fast delivery, technical support, and flexible cooperation terms.
